Pray For Your City Beautiful People…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. What a journey being a daughter of a king. Last night at church we did a Jericho march. The church I attended was thanking God for the new businesses in town. They prayed to the Good Father for increase of businesses and blessings over each of them. Seems like that would be a great town to live in now, doesn’t it?
I prayed that God would bless my city as well. I thought wouldn’t it be a good idea to have a Jericho march around the city in which I live. Then I remembered the Revival meeting I attended last Saturday. The college age group did a Jericho March around that building for revival. I can’t wait to talk to them about marching around our city. We want God’s blessing on our cities, Amen?
God’s Word does not return void beautiful people. His heart is that none would perish, no not a one.
Let’s Pray:
Father, today we lift up our city. We ask you to visit our towns and cities with your presence. Father, where there is darkness, we ask for light. May the light of Christ shine brightly in our city.
Father, we pray for wisdom for the leaders of our city. We pray the Lord’s Prayer over our city today from Matthew 6. Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. For thine is the kingdom and the glory forever, Amen.
