Believe In The Christ On Christmas…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I wanted to take a moment to wish you all a Merry Christmas. As I knelt before our God this early morning, I prayed once again for peace on earth and goodwill to all from Luke 2:14.
Today we celebrate the birth of Christ, the whole reason for the festivities of today. If you haven’t experienced the joy of journeying with Jesus, I pray today you would begin. Jesus, the Risen One, came to earth to journey life with us. There is not a more valuable gift you will ever receive. I pray you unwrap it today by opening your heart to a God that wants to dwell within by the power of His Holy Spirit. It will be the merriest of Christmas with the Christ on Christmas.
Let’s Pray:
Father, there is no gift that we will ever receive that compares to the gift of journeying life with you. You are there for your beautiful people in the good times, in the hardest of times and we have a God that brings victory to our lives every day and in every way. A Father of love.
Father, today we celebrate the birth of Jesus and his great love for mankind. May the news of Jesus’ birth bring forth much joy throughout our world today. He is alive and well in the hearts of all who would receive him.
Father, we pray together all across this globe our Father’s Prayer from Matthew 6:
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. For thine is the kingdom and the glory forever, Amen.
