Have You Heard About This Place?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I recently drove down to the coast of Maine to pray, visit churches, etc. I started having this yearning for Kennebunkport, Maine, as I was traveling south one day early in March of this year. I had never been there before, but anyone who knows me, knows that I am quite adventurous.
Yesterday, I got an ear full at a service I attended. It was a new church, small in size but full to overflowing with the spirit of God. Charleston South Coast was the name of the small, white church with a cross on the front. I was so drawn to attend there.
The Pastor preached on expecting the unexpected. I was so blessed by his message and his prayer over the group of people in the room yesterday. It reminded me of my writing back in 2019 Expect The Unexpected… Angel’s Prayer Of The Day | For God’s Glory Alone Ministries
Sometimes in life we lose our expectation. Things get mundane or it isn’t happening in our time, and we tend to stop expecting. If that’s you today, stop it. Expect the unexpected. Ask God to help you raise your level of expectation. The Good Father has only good things for you. Are you ready to receive? Hands up.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for watching over your Word to perform it. Father, we believe in you. In God we put all our trust.
Father, you know everything about each of us this morning, and you have only good for us. We receive it. Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. (James 1:17) You even know the number of hairs on our heads. (Luke 12:7)
Father, we raise our level of expectation today. We expect the unexpected. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Bask in his love today…
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
I forgot to mention the pastor opened the service by saying this is a place of miracles. Awe, so refreshing. Yes, I did have an ‘unexpected’. I had my receiver open.
