Clap Your Hands Beautiful People! It’s Friday…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Friday! Last evening I had dinner with two of my grandkids. Fun times as we talked about the go-cart that caught my grandson’s attention at Walmart. He and his sister sat in it and were checking it out after dinner at their favorite restaurant – McDonalds. The sign clearly read $1999 as I kept repeating the price out loud, saying to the kids I am sure it’s not 19.99 or 199.00 as this grandma was having a hard time comprehending the price of this piece of metal. My granddaughter piped up and said “Gram, it’s one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, I know my nines.” We laughed and headed inside the store to see what some bubbles would cost. Oh, the joy of children!
I had attended a tent meeting earlier in the month and bought them each a children’s book written and illustrated by Debbie Dunfee. Ricky Rainbow Goes To Maine will be a good read for them. Knowing Jesus is the most valuable and important message for these sweet children to know. I will need to ask my granddaughter to research how many number nines are in her Bible. Children are such a blessing from God.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for the blessing of children. Father, send down a blessing to them today.
Father, we thank you for the power of the Holy Spirit. Fill us all up today, Lord, as we walk out our day. Lead us and guide us, and may we discover the joys you have for us all every day. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Happy Friday! Let the praises go up and the fire fall.
Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. (Psalm 127:3)
