Waiting On God… Angel’s Prayer Of The Day

Waiting On God…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Monday! It’s darker in the mornings now, chillier and the leaves have turned beautiful colors here in Maine. A shift is happening. I drove to the coastal area this weekend and attended a meeting and went to church. I would like us to pray for all the churches in our state and nation this morning. God’s Kingdom is rising. It’s not just about one church, one denomination, it’s about all his beautiful people. May the Holy Spirit lead every church.

I don’t like to wait. Waiting has never been one of my favorite things to do. I recently went to a place of business, and the person was quite slow. I was on my lunch break and then at the last moment they came back and asked for my identification. I realized at that very moment, I still had issues on waiting. I had several things I wanted to accomplish on that break but wasn’t able to get them all done. I waited as patient as I could as I wanted to treat the individual with kindness. They may have been a new person or having computer trouble, who knows.

Sometimes God tells us to move slow, wait on him and we must. Can’t you hear me talking it out with him? Wait? You want me to wait? What? Wait?

How about you this morning? Are you waiting on God for some answers? Are you waiting on God for something that he seems slow to answer?

One thing about God, he is always faithful and right on time.

Let’s pray:

Father, thank you for every church in our state and nation that preaches and teaches the Word of God. We thank you for strengthening them today. We thank you for the green light, the go ahead, the red light, stop and the yellow light move with caution. At the end of the day, we want your will, more than anything. We want your will for every church in our nation and abroad. We want your will for our lives and all the beautiful people in the world today.

Father, some of us are waiting on you. You seem rather slow, but we know in your Kingdom everything is for an appointed time. Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. He loves to hear your voice.

But those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles. (Isaiah 40:31)

For the vision awaits an appointed time; it testifies of the end and does not lie. Though it lingers, wait for it, for it will surely come and will not delay. (Habakkuk 2:2-3)
