God’s Greatest Treasure Is You…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Sunday! I pray you all are doing well, and I continue to pray God’s richest blessings over you. It soon will be Easter. I hope you will take some to reflect on what Easter means for you personally. Some folks have never heard about the stone that was rolled away, and the life of Jesus. I pray this is the year they do. Maybe that someone is you. I see all kinds of cute Easter decorations out and even the Easter bunny is a sweet idea. The many egg hunts and treasures hidden within those colored eggs are a delight for all the children. The greatest treasure God has is you. He doesn’t hide you; he isn’t ashamed of you, you are his delight. He is full to overflowing of love just for you. Do you believe?
Maybe you grew up in church, maybe you attended every week. Could it be that you were disappointed in what you found there? Did you unwrap the real gift, the love of God that was the most expensive gift given for mankind? Could it be that you were disillusioned by all the rules and regulations that no man could keep? Jesus is calling you today, his arms are open wide. His blood shed on a cross was enough price to pay for you, my friend. Taste and see for yourself. No man can give this to you and there is no perfect prayer to pray. Talk to him in your own language, your own style and live in the freedom that he died for. (John 8:36) Amen? Amen.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for your love. Your agape love is beyond human comprehension. We receive it today and every day.
Father, we come to you today, just as we are. We are imperfect people in need of a loving Savior. Thank you for making all things beautiful in your time. Only a God that created the heavens and the earth can bring good from even the most difficult situations. We are your treasure. A God of love, poured out for all mankind that would believe and receive. We receive your love once again today.
Father, thank you for the most expensive gift we will ever receive. It cost you everything and us nothing. May our lives reflect the love you have shown us. May mercy and grace be received today in the hearts of people all across this globe, we pray. Amen!
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Let his goodness and love follow you all the days of your life. (Psalm 23:6)
