Confident In Whom I Believe…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Wednesday! Do you ask yourself at times why you believe what you do? I know as the years go by, I have gotten wiser to what I believe. We like to believe everybody and everything, but we can’t.
This morning, we can be confident in what God says. His Word is always true and because we walk with him and he promises us to work everything out for our good-we can be confident he will.
Do you have things going on that you wonder how it will turn out? You don’t need to wonder another day or even another moment. You can just begin to thank him right now for it will turn out for your good. He is not a God that should lie. Amen?
Let’s Pray:
Father, you have been my hope, Sovereign Lord, my confidence since my youth. From birth I have relied on you; you brought me forth from my mother’s womb. I will ever praise you. I have become a sign to many; you are my strong refuge. My mouth is filled with your praise, declaring your splendor all day long. (Psalm 71:5-8)
Father, when man has let us down, you say forgive them, I have you. You rebuild the devastated places in our lives. (Isaiah 61) You tell us it is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. (Psalm 118:8)
Father, thank you for being our hope, our confidence, our comforter and our all in all. You truly are as close as a brother. Amen
