The Angels Are Singing…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Thursday! What are we thankful for on this beautiful sunny day here in Aroostook County, Maine and around the world? So much to be thankful for. I like to sing, although I must admit it isn’t my specialty. I usually am singing with my music in the mornings as I like to play my music loud. My neighbor told me once she could hear my music when I was driving down the street. That was years ago now, when I was living on Braden.
I did have a prophet tell me once that God was going to line up the notes in my fingers with my voice. That was as he pulled on each of my digits. I thought to myself the old guy must be mixed up. I offered him grace and said nothing. That is until I thought more about it. I had prayed and shared with God a few years earlier that the couple of piano lessons I took as a child was stolen from me (like he didn’t already know). When I read his Word that says he would restore to us the years the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25), I asked him for a full return. He is the only one that can return what the enemy of our soul has stolen from us. I am going to thank him for it in advance. How about you?

Father, thank you for another beautiful day to enjoy. You are a good God, and the enemy of our soul has stolen from your beautiful people. Father, thank you for restoring the years the locusts have eaten. We receive.
Father, your Word tells us that you will even give back double for all our trouble. (Isaiah 61:7) Thank you for double, we receive.
Father, thank you that you are watching over your Word to perform it. (Jeremiah 1:12) Father, we receive.
Awake, my soul! Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn.I will praise you, Lord, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples. Psalm 57:8-9
