What Gift Are You Carrying?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Monday! Since I was a young girl, I have heard that Jesus is going to return. However, I meet so many people that never heard of Jesus, or they feel they have fallen too far from grace, or they have met up with religion and not Jesus, that I pray he waits a little longer.
I recently received a prayer from a man that was praying for me and my ministry that God was going to give me another gift. I was so excited about it, ecstatic really. Gifts from God are good, God is so good and I am thankful that he gives his children good gifts. Aren’t you? Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. (James 1:17)
I try to use the gifts that God has given me well. He gave me a gift to write, and I write about him and his goodness and for his glory every day. He gave me a gift to speak and to interview and I do that on my radio program, Destiny Moments. He gave me a revelatory gift, and I use it when I pray for others.
Now the new gift, I don’t remember what the man said the gift was. Let’s pray together and ask God for another gift. If you are not using your gift from God, (everyone gets at least one) start today. If you’re using it well and desire another gift to use for his glory, pray with me today.
Father, thank you for the gift(s) you have given your people. Father, we want to use it for your glory. It cost you everything. Father, we receive whatever you can trust us with today.
Father, you said it is not by might, nor by power but by your spirit and we receive. (Zechariah 4:6) We believe what you have said. Amen.
