Good News From Under The Tent…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Wednesday! This is the day the Lord has made, and we will rejoice and be glad in it. (Psalm 118:24) Amen?
Last night I drove to Mars Hill, Maine for a meeting under the tent. Pastor Mark Dunfee the traveling Evangelist, well he simply just makes me laugh. His sense of humor is a bit dry, but he hits the gospel message home night after night after night. Last night he spoke on Activating Faith. I like how real he is. I sense he has been through some things in life; I know he has. We all have. I feel to locate his books again. He reminded us about his Simple Simon series as he and his wife have penned several books.
I love the simplicity of the gospel of Jesus Christ. God made it simple to accept Jesus, but the world has complicated it. Come as you are, knowing God loves you and has a plan for your life before it ever began. Hard to comprehend with the mind but ask God by his spirit to reveal it and he will.
Little did the Pastor know that I took a step of faith yesterday. I heard his voice and obeyed. (I must admit it was the second time around). Things of the spirit doesn’t always make sense in the natural. God tells us in 1 Corinthians 1:27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty. God can do anything he wants. He is God and we are simply his people. He knows everything about us. The good, the bad, the past and the future. He knows it all and is calling you today.

Father, thank you for Jesus. Thank you for the simplicity of the gospel. Thank you for bringing the good news to the world today. We pray blessing on every ministry that is teaching and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Father, we pray for the tent ministries today. Strengthen these traveling men and women. Anoint them God as only you can with a fresh infilling. Meet every need they have or will ever have. I pray the abundance prayer over them today of John 10:10. May every tent revival meeting across this globe ever know lack according to your Word.
Father, rain down on them today, rein down. Amen.
