When The Black Cloud Rolls In…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Tuesday! Last night my grandson Jax laughed up a storm as I tried to drive his car simulator game. I tried hard to steer slow and easy and keep things moving forward on a road I hadn’t traveled before. I was thinking how life is just like that. One minute the road is smooth and you’re sailing forward, life is great and then the darkness of the night comes, and you feel like the ground from under you has given way.
I’ve learned through both of these times to call on Jesus and let the enemy of my soul know that Christs blood is and was enough for every day of my life. How about you? He always knows the way we should take. He is always on our side. His love hems us in as he goes before us and is also our rear guard. John 8:36 says so if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

Father, thank you that your love for mankind was and is enough for us. When the path we are on takes an unexpected turn, we can rest assured that you will make the path straight once again.
Father, Isaiah 52:12 tells us that you will not leave in haste or go in flight; that the Lord will go before us, the God of Israel will be our rear guard. When the storms of life come and the darkness blows on in, you, oh Lord are there. Jesus, light of the world overcame every darkness for me and for all the beautiful people that will believe. We give you thanks today. Amen.
