Listen Up My Friend…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I have a lot of friends. I love people. One day I got invited to lunch with a new acquaintance-friend. That morning as I prepared for work, I felt the spirit of the Lord say to me, she talks too much. Isn’t that funny, but that’s what I heard. Well lunch time came, and I accepted the invitation and met my new friend for lunch. I never had to say one word, as my lunch hour passed. I spent my whole time listening and my head spinning.

I wonder if it’s like that with God? We spend our whole time talking to Jesus and forget to make time to listen.

Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you for hearing our many prayers. Today, as we listen to hear your voice, lead us by your spirit we pray.

Father, thank you for Jesus. Thank you for your Word as you are watching over it to perform it. We make our journey a personal one with you. There is nothing we can experience greater than journeying life with Jesus.

Father, draw people to yourself, by the power of your spirit, we pray. Today, may your people, Be Still and Know that you are God, Those worlds alone is just what some people need to hear, this morning. You are mighty, all powerful and your Word spoken to us is what we need as you journey with us each and every day.

Father, you said you will be exalted among the nations, and you will be exalted in and on the earth .We are so thankful and with great anticipation keep our eyes fixed on you.
