No Strangers To Him…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Tuesday! I have a friend who posted about wanting to put up her Christmas tree. I couldn’t help myself as I wrote under her post my comment, me too. I love Christmas. I love harvest and I love the God of the Harvest. Somehow, I sense there will be a lot to celebrate this Christmas. Christmas, no matter how the world has tried, they could never and will never be able to take Christ out of Christmas. This is his world and he isn’t leaving; he founded it.
God is drawing beautiful people by his spirit today. He said it is not by might, nor by power, but by his spirit. (Zechariah 4:6) Yesterday, I met several people in a store I was shopping in. Total strangers began talking to me about things happening in their lives. These folks are living over a hundred and fifty miles away from my hometown. I think back this morning the things these beautiful souls spoke about. From loss of loved ones to prodigals, to addiction, and so much more. I kept directing them to prayer and Jesus and I prayed for them in the aisle.
I did however get some shopping in as one store I was in for 2.5 hours. The same amount of time it took me to drive there. These folks are his beautiful people, and he is in love with people. He loved people enough to die for them. (John 3:16). I am thankful for that over my own life. I took the time to speak and pray with everyone that spoke to me. I think that’s what Jesus would have me do. Shopping, well that can wait.
Let’s pray:
Father, thank you for all the beautiful people that you are drawing by your spirit today. You are an amazing Father and your love, mercy and grace are extended to everyone that desires to receive.
Father, today we pray together all across this globe The Lord’s Prayer:
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Pray and talk over anything you desire with him today. He is always available, listens and cares about everything that concerns you.
