You Are God’s Greatest Treasure…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I have been thinking about the diamond shaped petals I have in the window at the Good Morning Beautiful People Prayer Center. Every white petal to represent life. Life is a precious gift from God. He takes great delight in us beautiful people, he sure does.
I sat quietly this morning in his presence talking things over with him. I pray you do as well. When I first felt God’s call on my life, he directed me to Isaiah 61. Just recently at a Thursday evening prayer meeting at the center, a beautiful soul gave me some of the same scripture from another chapter in Isaiah 58:11-12. The Lord will guide you always, he will satisfy your needs. Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.
Those words were so appreciated and very touching to a heart that wants to do his will more than anything.
Do you feel like God’s treasure this morning? You are, whether you feel it or not. Just ask him today to help you believe it. I am convinced it’s all in what you believe.
Today you are more than a conqueror because of who your Heavenly Father is. Take his Word this morning and believe what he says about you. Look up scriptures and write them down, meditate on them until you believe. Amen?
Let’s pray:
Father, thank you for creating us in your image. Psalm 139:13-18 (NIV) tells us:
“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand—when I awake, I am still with you.”
Father, thank you for the beauty of another day. May we see you in our day and your hand moving as you direct our steps. Your purpose and plan is our hearts’ desire. Fulfill the plan we were created for, we pray, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. He will hem you in behind and before; you have laid your hand on me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain. Psalm 139:5-6
