Have You Ever Asked Yourself This Question?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Monday! Another day God has given us to journey life with him. What a blessing that is. God is good all the time. Amen? Have you ever asked yourself this question, Who is Jesus to me? Personally, not the man in the sky, but the man that is closer than a brother. The Trinity, three in one. The Holy Spirit dwelling on the inside.
Have you found Jesus to be the healer in your life? Maybe Jesus has been your closest friend and confident. Have you found Jesus to be faithful to answer your many prayers? Who is Jesus to you? Has he rescued you from the deepest pit and set your feet on solid ground? Maybe you know Jesus as provider today. When you had nothing, he took from the treasury of heaven and provided for you. He is the God of more than enough. Amen?
Let’s pray:
Father, thank you for Jesus. It is a joy to be a child of King. Father, you hear us every time we call. Father, you make everything work together for our good, because of who you are and your great love for us. (Romans 8:28)
Father, today we pray you order our footsteps. Show us the way to take. You said if any man or woman lack wisdom, let them ask. We ask freely for wisdom from you, oh God.
Father, thank you for allowing us to be a blessing to others. Show us someone to bless today with acts of kindness, words and deed. Your Word tells us it is better to give than to receive. (Acts 20:35) Proverbs 1:19 says all who go after ill-gotten gain; it takes away the life of those who get it.
Father, Ephesians 3:20, 21 tells us: Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
